Warranty

Warranties are contractual obligations written in legalese for the protection of all parties involved. However, we feel that not all warranty situations are the same. A warranty is only as good as the people behind it. Force Control offers a standard 1-year warranty on all new and re-manufactured products. We also offer special multi-year warranties upon written approval of the application by Force Control.

We also understand that things do not always go right. Errors can be made, products can be defective, and/or misapplied. If you feel you have a warranty issue, please contact your local representative or our inside sales engineers to discuss in detail. We want to keep you as a satisfied customer and we understand there are two sides to every story.
